- In a large pot heat the olive oil and add the onion, garlic, pepper, and spices.

- Add the mince beef and brown.
- Add chopped tomatoes red wine and stock cube/gravy granules and simmer for 30 mintues. If you don't want to add wine just use beef stock.
- Add grated chocolate and simmer for another 30 minutes.
- Add kidney beans and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Enjoy…..We like to eat this with some grated cheese and either tortilla chips or tortilla bread.
