- Put all of the ingredients except for the salmon itself in a blender or use a pestle & mortar. Blend / grind until it forms a paste.
- Put the salmon fillets in a dish. Add the sauce to the salmon and turn to coat. Cover and let marinade in the fridge for at least 1 hour but best if left overnight.
- Preheat the oven to gas 6 / 200C / 400F. Put the salmon on lined baking sheet. Bake for 12 – 15 minutes until cooked through.
