- Heat the pan with cooking oil till smoking point.
- Then add chopped garlic saute till nice brown in colour.
- Now add onion saute 2 minutes on medium flame then add green chilli, capsicum,idly saute for 1 or 2 min on high flame.
- Now add all given sauce, cornflour mix water,salt as par taste some little water mix it well on medium flame when sauce it becomes thick then add spring onion stir it 1 min on lower flame now turn off the flame.
- Now remove the serving plate and enjoy it.
