Easiest Way to Prepare Yummy Beer Chili
Beer Chili. Hot chili is a very underrated summer menu item. Bring a big ol' thermos of this to a picnic or other warm weather cookout, and it makes a great side to those grilled burgers and dogs. I'm not sure if this came from a published recipe or not, but it's been a family favorite.
Normally, I tend to think chili needs bell pepper for flavor, but I only chopped one sweet onion for this one. I also used pre-minced garlic to save you some time. Just make sure your jar is fresh, or you'll be missing out on flavor. You can cook Beer Chili using 13 ingredients and 5 steps. Here is how you achieve it.
