Recipe: Appetizing Chili Crab

- It’s 1 kg of crab.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Chinese 4 spice.

- Prepare 2 tbsp of Butter.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of Soda.
- It’s 2 tbsp of Brown Sugar.
- Prepare 5 stick of Green Finger Chili.
- Prepare 2 stick of Onion leeks or Spring Onion.
- You need 1 tbsp of Veg. Oil.
- It’s 1 small of Ginger (julienne).

Chili Crab is a seafood dish that I enjoy with lots of rice. This dish is composed of crab (Mud Crab is originally used) cooked in sweet and spicy sauce.
